Roman Matcovschi has been working in the international business sector since 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were employed by Urola S. Coop., where they held the roles of Area Manager South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, Area Manager Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and International Project Manager. In 2012, they also began working for Eccysa as a Consultant, providing administrative services, market studies, organizing technical sessions, and coordinating and supporting activities abroad. In 2017, they began working for OJMAR, S.A. as an International Business Developer.

Roman Matcovschi completed their MBA in Business Administration from Mondragon Unibertsitatea in 2013. Roman also obtained a Master in Direction of Marketing from Mondragon Unibertsitatea in 2013, with a field of study in Marketing and Commerce. Before that, they obtained a Licenciado in Ciencias Economicas from Universidad de Estudios Economicos in 2012, with a field of study in Banking and Finance.
