Aketza Elices has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Starting with an In Service Training role at the European Commission in 2003, they then worked as a Software Developer at Desinor Data in 2004. In 2006, they moved to IKUSI as an Infotainment Manager. After three years, they joined CAF Power & Automation as a Product Development Manager (Infotainment, CCTV, Ground systems). In 2013, they worked at Artic Electronics C.B. as a Consultancy and Development. Since 2014, they have been with OJMAR, S.A. in roles as the New Business Development Director, R&D Director, and Electronic Product Manager.

Aketza Elices obtained a Bsc in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Deusto in 2002. Aketza then completed a Postgraduate Course in Cooperative Enterprises Administration from the same university in 2001. In 2015, they completed an Executive Master in Innovation from Escuela de Organizaci贸n Industrial. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Deusto in 2017, with a focus in Administraci贸n y gesti贸n de empresas, general. In addition, they hold ITIL Service Operation Certificate from EXIN, obtained in July 2013, as well as an ITIL 2011 Foundation from PEOPLECERT, obtained in April 2013.
