Arthi Abilasha Balasubramaniyam has a strong background in product design and user experience. Arthi Abilasha is currently working at OjaExpress as a Lead Product Designer, where they are responsible for participating in user research, managing the design process, creating UI design flowcharts and wireframes, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to define product opportunities. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Designer at OjaExpress and as a Product Design Intern, gaining experience in tasks such as user research, information architecture design, and creating prototypes. Arthi Abilasha has also worked as a UI UX Designer at UpperLevel CRM, where they contributed to creative concepts and product requirements, designed screen layouts and user interface elements, and established a standardized design library and brand identity. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance User Experience Designer, demonstrating their skills in designing user interfaces and implementing design principles on various projects. Arthi has also gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they assisted in teaching responsibilities. Arthi Abilasha began their career as an Intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. and HCL Technologies, where they completed projects and underwent training in various functions related to quality control, human resources, marketing, and design. Throughout their work experience, Arthi has showcased skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX design software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Arthi Abilasha Balasubramaniyam completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University from 2013 to 2017. Arthi Abilasha then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management- Entrepreneurship from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Arthi also obtained several certifications. Arthi Abilasha completed the course on "Visual Elements of User Interface Design and UX Fundamentals" from the California Institute of the Arts in June 2019. In June 2018, they obtained a certification in "Java Programming" from Duke University | Coursera. Arthi also completed the course "Database Management Essentials" from the University of Colorado Boulder | Coursera in May 2018. In the same month, they obtained certifications in "Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS" from Columbia University | Coursera and "Introduction to Web Development" from the University of California, Davis | Coursera.
