Denis Nikola Kulisic possesses extensive experience in management and project leadership within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at OIV since January 2022, Kulisic has held various leadership roles, including Director at Resalta ltd and Board Member at Sense ESCO, where responsibilities involved overseeing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Previous positions include Director at Luxor Multiservis d.o.o. and Board Member at Zagreb City Holding Ltd. Kulisic began professional development at Siemens as a Technical Project Lead, eventually rising to CEO at OIV from 2005 to 2012. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Strategy and Corporate Management from the University of Zagreb and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb.
