Brian Guerriero has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Brian started their career as a Co-op Project Engineer at NA Industries, Inc, where they were responsible for planning and supervising plant upgrades and managing capital projects and budgets. Brian then worked as a Maintenance Technician at Club Chef LLC, specializing in machine repair and service calls, as well as bearing rebuild for high-speed cutting equipment.

Brian's passion for robotics led him to work as a Senior Robotics and Controls Engineer at Factory Automation Systems. Here, they designed and integrated industrial robot workcells and control systems, becoming an ANSI RIA Robotics Expert and proficient in control hardware from major brands. After their role at Factory Automation Systems, Brian joined Bond Inc as the Director of Robotics. In this role, they directed the momentum of the Robotics Department and managed a team focused on systems upgrades, production capacity, manufacturing, and prototyping. Brian successfully doubled the robotic production fleet and opened a new off-site fulfillment center with lower costs.

Brian's expertise also extends beyond engineering and robotics. Brian served as the Chief of Operations and Safety during a research expedition to Tanzania, where they coordinated all aspects of the expedition, organized and secured archival documents and interviews, and acted as a chief mechanic, driver, and navigator to ensure safe travel in remote areas.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their ability to lead and solve unique challenges. Brian has recently joined Oishii as the CTO / Lead Engineer, where they continue to contribute their knowledge and expertise in engineering and robotics.

Brian Guerriero earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2006. Brian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as an ANSI/RIA Robotics Expert, although details about the institution and the specific date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
