Carlos Soto is a seasoned professional in business development and management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Middle America at Oiltanking since September 2017, focusing on markets in Mexico, Colombia, and Panama. Prior roles include Terminal Manager at Oiltanking México, managing the first hydrocarbon storage and distribution terminal, and Senior Manager of Business Development at Distribuidora de Combustibles Mexicanos, overseeing the operation and logistics of a premium distributor of PEMEX products.
