Andrew Drayton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas storage sector. Currently serving as CEO of Star Energy Oiltanking since February 2019, Andrew leads one of the largest independent storage facilities in the UAE and holds a board member position with Oiltanking Oman Terminal. In addition to this role, Andrew has been with Oiltanking GmbH since September 2013, where responsibilities include General Manager for Assets & Operations in the Middle East and Africa, overseeing operations, engineering, maintenance, and HSSE departments. Andrew's previous roles encompass leadership positions at Horizon Terminals Ltd and Simon Storage Ltd, focusing on project management, operational efficiency, and strategic growth in various regions. Andrew holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Lincoln.
