As Executive Vice President of OSS, Mr. Perham’s primary responsibilities include consulting services, accounting, risk management functions, and long term strategic planning.

Having previously been employed by Canrig Drilling in a variety of roles including Product Line Manager and Marketing Administration Manager, James has more than 10 years of experience working with AFE MS, PERC, and Resource Scheduler. Prior to joining Canrig, James was a consultant in the Oil and Gas industry focusing on business processes, change management, and information management.

James Perham has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin University and a Master’s in International Business and Finance from the University of Houston.
