Carlos Natareno has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an Intern at HAS Den Bosch. In 2008, they worked as a Consultant at Wal-Mart for a short period. From 2009 to 2010, they held the role of Project Officer at Oikocredit in Guatemala. Carlos then moved on to become the Country Manager for Guatemala at Oikocredit, where they managed portfolios, built up the organization's portfolio, and handled office administration from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Regional Operations Manager at Oikocredit. Carlos then became the Deputy Regional Manager for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Carlos is working as the Regional Investment Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at Oikocredit, where they lead the credit process for financial institutions, small-holder agriculture organizations, and renewable energy projects.
Carlos Natareno's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INCAE Business School, obtained from 2007 to 2009. During their time at INCAE, they also pursued minors in Finance, Economy, and Sustainable Development.
