Bob Wilson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Bob founded OI Partners, Inc. and served as the Founder & Chairman, managing client engagements and delivering talent management, coaching, recruiting, and career development services. Bob also founded High Potential Inc., an OI Global Partner firm, as the Founder/Chairman. Additionally, they were the President & CEO of High Potential Inc., focusing on providing talent management and career development services. Prior to that, they were the SVP for Midwest Career Transition at Spherion (formerly Clarke Poynton & Associates). Bob also worked as the VP of Engagement Partner Midwest at Right Management (formerly Right/Jannotta Bray). Bob Wilson's earlier experience includes working as a Director - International Banker at Credit Agricole (formerly La Banque Indosuez) and as a VP of International Banking at Key Bank, where they started as an Assistant to the CEO.
Bob Wilson has a Juris Doctor degree in Commercial Law and Litigation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, which they obtained between 1965 and 1968. Bob also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, English, and Philosophy from Xavier University, earned from 1961 to 1965. Additionally, Bob has completed MBA coursework in Finance, Marketing, and Accounting at Cleveland State University from 1971 to 1973. Bob is certified as an attorney at law by the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio.
