Lenka Lietavová has worked for multiple companies in different roles. Lenka started their career as a Research Scientist at the Slovak Academy of Sciences in September 2015 and worked there until August 2019. Lenka then joined the Association of Beekeepers in Slovakia as an Administrative Office Specialist from October 2019 to December 2021. Currently, they are employed as a QA Engineer at Ohpen, starting in February 2022.

Lenka Lietavová pursued their education in a meticulous and systematic manner. Starting from 2006, they attended Gymnázium Javorová 16 for a period of four years. During this time, they focused on Informatika, a field of study that dealt with computer science and information technology. Following this, from 2010 to 2015, they joined Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave to complete their Magistr degree in Mikrobiologie, which specialized in the field of microbiology. Building upon their previous achievements, Lenka then pursued a Doktor filozofie (PhD.) from the same institution, Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, focusing on Mikrobiologie, from 2015 to 2019. Through their dedicated commitment to education and their chosen fields of study, Lenka Lietavová has attained a comprehensive understanding and expertise in both information technology and microbiology.
