Kelly Nomina Barr, MPA, serves as the Manager of Government Affairs at Ohio's Electric Cooperatives since August 2019, previously holding the position of Government Affairs Coordinator. Additionally, Kelly has been the Program Manager at Physicians Leadership Academy since February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Government Relations at The Fitzgibbon Group from January 2013 to June 2019, Vice President of Government Relations at the Ohio Grocers Association from January 2007 to August 2010, and Legislative Liaison at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from May 2003 to January 2007. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration, both obtained from The University of Toledo.
