Beth Carpenter has extensive experience in human resources and purchasing, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Ohio Gratings, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Carpenter worked at Cablecraft Engineered Motion Controls for eight years as a Human Resources Coordinator and Buyer. Earlier career experience includes positions at Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. as a Benefits Coordinator and Purchasing Assistant, as well as serving as an HR Generalist Assistant at North Canton Medical Foundation. Beth Carpenter holds a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Kent State University and a diploma from Tuscarawas Valley Local School.
