Terence Joyce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently, Terence serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, having been appointed by Governor DeWine in June 2021. Terence has a long-standing association with Laborers Local 310, holding multiple leadership roles since July 1995, including Business Manager, Secretary Treasurer, and Field Representative. Additionally, Terence is the President of the Cleveland Building Trades and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Regional Transit Authority and the Ohio Judicial Center Commission. Other affiliations include the Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and a previous role on the Board of Trustees for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Educational qualifications include graduating from Loyola University Chicago and completing the Leadership Cleveland program.
