Mark Schluetz is an experienced architect with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as an architect at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since March 2012, where responsibilities include reviewing architectural projects for funding considerations and ensuring compliance with various standards. Prior to this role, Mark owned JMS Construction and was the principal at Design Tek, overseeing the design and execution of over 800 projects, including historical renovations and various commercial structures. Previous experience includes roles at Stultz and Associates, WD Partners, Kreps and Kreps, Gandee and Partners, and Delagnese and Associates, showcasing expertise in project management, architectural design, and construction document production. Mark holds a B.S. in Architecture from Kent State University, earned in 1989.
