Kathleen B. has extensive experience in human resources management and employee development, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at the Housing Finance Agency and as Employee Development Manager at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since 2016. Kathleen also works as a Trainer for the National Youth Advocate Program, focusing on training foster parents, and as an Instructional Design Program Administrator at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, developing curriculum for ODRC staff. Additional roles include providing mental health support as a social worker within the Ohio Department of Corrections and coordinating the Cyber Safe Ohio Project in the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Kathleen's career began as Director of Victim Assistance at the Union County Prosecutor's Office. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Bluffton University.
