Neil Thompson is a seasoned media and public relations professional currently serving as the Manager of Media and Public Relations at Ohio History Connection since March 2022. Previously, Thompson held the position of Editor/Content and Special Projects at ThisWeek Community News from August 2007 to March 2022, where responsibilities included supervising content strategy across 12 editions and leading various special projects. Additionally, Thompson worked as an Assignment Editor for several weekly editions, managing a team of reporters and freelancers. Thompson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and journalism from Marietta College between 2001 and 2005.
