Barbara Follmann is an experienced Union Staff Representative at OCSEA, having served in this role since 1996. Prior to this position, Barbara worked as a Program Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from 1972 to 1996. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History, as well as Women's Studies, and a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
