Tami Halleen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer account services and rental asset management. Currently serving as a Customer Account Service Specialist at Ohio Peterbilt since January 2021, Tami has also held the role of Rental Asset Service Supervisor at Ohio CAT since March 2004. In this capacity, Tami manages all Power Systems rental equipment repairs across North America and is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient service work order processes. Tami holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
