Richard Gasca has over two decades of experience in equipment management and export operations. Since March 2011, Richard has served as the Used Equipment Manager at Ohio Cat, where expertise in managing used equipment has been developed. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Pantropic Power Products, Inc. as the Used / Export Manager from 1990 to 2011. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1998 and 2000.
