Craig Jones is an accomplished Business Intelligence Developer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Ohio Cat, with over a decade of experience leading Lean and Six Sigma projects across 20 locations in Ohio and North East Kentucky. Notable achievements include deploying a comprehensive workflow management system that enhanced operational efficiency and revenue, implementing an MRP solution in a hydraulic remanufacturing facility, and significantly reducing job card entry processes. Prior career roles at SimplexGrinnell and Cecil I Walker Machinery Co. involved mentoring Lean Six Sigma practitioners and managing complex process improvement initiatives.
