Lilach Koch

Lilach Koch, LMSW has a diverse work experience spanning many years. Lilach started their career in 2004 at Claims Conference as a Program Associate in the Department of Services. Later, in 2009, they worked as a Junior Service Coordination Supervisor at G&Y Kids Power. In 2011, they became a Service Coordination Supervisor at Hear Our Voices - Shema Kolainu. That same year, Lilach joined the Shorefront YM-YWHA of Brighton/Manhattan Beach as the Director of Special Needs Programming. After that, they worked as an Access Coordinator at Mid-Island Y JCC from 2018 to 2023. Lilach then moved on to become the Director of Residential Services at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services from 2023 to 2024. Currently, Lilach is the Director of Project Launch at Ohel Children's Home and Family Services.

Lilach Koch, LMSW completed their education with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Fordham University in 2021-2022. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Molloy University in 2018-2021, with a specialization in Social Work (Advanced Standing). Lilach also holds a BA from Beit Zvi, which they received in 1991-1994, with a focus on Arts. Lilach completed their high school education at Amal- Lady Davis, where they earned a Regents High School Diploma from 1983 to 1989.
