Maureen DeBellis began their work experience in 1986 at Ohara Corporation, where they held various roles in Inside Sales and eventually became an Inside Sales Account Manager. In 2018, they joined the Institute Applied Meditation on the Heart as a Meditation Teacher & Mentor.

Maureen DeBellis completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marriage and Family Studies at DeSales University from 2009 to 2012. Maureen then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction at Moravian Theological Seminary between 2012 and 2014. Most recently, from 2017 to 2019, Maureen attended the Institute for Applied Meditation on the Heart where they studied Meditation and Spiritual Leadership.
