Vladimir Soghoyan is an accomplished Project Manager at Ogma Inc. since October 2011, with extensive experience in project and resource planning, team leadership, risk management, and client communication. Previously, Vladimir served as a Software QA Manager, where Agile development methodologies were embedded, and comprehensive QA processes were managed. Prior roles include Senior QA Engineer at XLN Telecom Ltd and Boomerang Software LLC, as well as QA Engineer at Netsoft USA, focusing on various testing methodologies and client collaboration. Vladimir holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
