Leslie Banham started their work experience in 1998 as a Sales Exec at Kalamazoo-Reynolds Limited, eventually becoming the UK Sales Manager. They were responsible for selling IT support services and KeyTrak Security Key Management solutions. In 2009, Leslie worked as a Sales Development at CC Engineering. They joined OGL Computer Group in 2010 as a New Business Field Sales, where they provided IT services such as solutions, support, cloud services, disaster recovery, and offsite data backup. They have a strong background in sales and IT support.

In 1995, Leslie Banham obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
