Medical Content Strategist at Ogilvy Danmark

Karina Blichfeldt has had a diverse range of work experiences. Karina started their career at the Pharmacy of Albertslund in 2006 as a Pharmaconomist, where they gained knowledge in sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, pharmacology, pharmaceutical features, and more. Karina continued to work at the pharmacy until 2020, specializing as a Nutritional Counselor focused on weight loss from 2011 to 2020.

In 2020, Karina transitioned to the field of medicine and worked as a Resident Doctor at the Hospital of Roskilde, Neurological Department. Their responsibilities included acute assessment and treatment, analysis of paraclinical findings, ward rounds, outpatient care, admission and discharge of patients, collaboration with specialists, teaching, and research.

In addition to their role at the hospital, Karina also worked as a Resident Doctor at the Medical Clinic of Roskilde, gaining experience in acute care, analysis of paraclinical findings, referral to specialists, check-ups on chronically ill patients, and pregnancy and child exams.

Karina then transitioned to Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chiropractic. Continuing their journey in medicine, Karina enrolled at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor's degree of Science in Medicine. Their education culminated at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2016 to 2020, where they completed a Master of Science in Medicine, specializing in the field of Medicine.
