Valeria Desideri is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as Head of Content Studio for Nestlé and Creative Director at Ogilvy Brasil since November 2021, Valeria's previous roles include Creative Director for LATAM Confectionary/KITKAT at Ogilvy since April 2022, and Creative Director at The Aubergine Panda from February 2012 to December 2021. Valeria's career began at WG Propaganda in 2002 as a Copywriter and includes positions as Copywriter at Brandworks Comunicação Ltda and Bekerman Comunicação, among others. Valeria holds a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and has pursued further education at institutions including MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL, Berlin School of Creative Leadership, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on leadership, design thinking, and data science.
