Jon Franco is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in client services and technical support. Currently serving as a Mid-level IT Support Analyst at Ogden CAP Properties, LLC since October 2019, Jon has previously held roles as an IT Analyst at Solomon Page and IT Administrator at International Student Exchange, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and maintaining email and website systems.
