Jim Ohlstrom is an experienced project manager and maintenance professional with over 19 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Katmai Government Services since March 2020, Jim oversees daily operations and maintenance at nine federal buildings in Central Florida. In addition, Jim has held the role of Superintendent at Ogden CAP Properties, LLC since May 2018, supervising a large team for comprehensive coverage of 1,477 apartments. Previous positions include Regional Service Manager at KETTLER and Senior Maintenance Manager at The JBG Companies, where management of maintenance teams and contractor coordination were key responsibilities. Jim also owned Choice Home Services, Inc., providing home inspections and related services. Educational achievements include a Certificate of HVAC from the National Association of Power Engineers and studies at NOVA.
