Santosh Thapaliya has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Santosh began their career in 2006 as an Application Developer at Pentana Solutions. In 2008, they worked as a Web Developer at Chameleon Group. From 2009 to 2015, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Pearson, where they developed various web applications and windows services. In 2016, they joined InLoop as a Senior Software Engineer and later promoted to Associate Architect, working until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Principal Engineer at OFX, starting in 2022.

Santosh Thapaliya earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Sydney University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
