Emma Bruton MCIPD has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Emma served as the Head of People and Culture for OFX starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they were the People & Culture Director for Curve Games, where they led the People and Culture function for the high-growth video games developer and publishing business. Emma also had experience as the Head of HR for Jee Limited, where they played a key role in transforming the organization through organizational development and change programs. Additionally, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant for Independent Consulting and as a Change Programme Lead for Slater and Gordon Lawyers. Earlier in their career, Emma held roles such as Head of Learning & Organizational Development for Foxtel Group and HR Business Partner for 21st Century Fox. Emma has a proven track record of driving performance, engagement, and shaping talent and culture within organizations.

Emma Bruton MCIPD received a BA hons in Business Management & Politics from Oxford Brookes University in 1998. Emma later pursued a MA degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, completing it in 2004. In addition to their degrees, Emma has obtained various certifications including CIPD - Chartered member, Emotional and Social Intelligence Inventory (ESCI) from Hay Group/Korn Ferry, LSI/GSI from Human Synergistics Australia & NZ, IOSH Certification from UK-HSE Ltd, Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from The Myers-Briggs Company, and Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci.
