Connie Morano has a diverse work experience. Connie started working at McDonald's Canada in 2010 as a 1st Assistant Manager, where they successfully coordinated with the restaurant manager to achieve monthly targets and managed staffing analysis. In 2016, they joined OFX as a Private Client Manager, where they assisted clients with their queries through phone and email responses. Connie then transitioned to the role of Client Due Diligence Specialist, analyzing client profiles and KYC from an AML risk perspective. Currently, they are serving as the Client Due Diligence Team Lead at OFX, managing a team of professionals and overseeing their training and development on client due diligence practices.

Connie Morano obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from York University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
