Caroline Gregory is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of IT, Digital and Estates at Ofwat, Caroline previously held multiple positions at the University of Nottingham, including Acting Director of Global IT Service Delivery and Global Head of IT Service Management. Additional experience includes roles at Royal Mail as IT Project Manager, IT Change and Release Manager, and Web IS Operations Manager, as well as serving as Deputy Head of IT at South Tyneside College. Caroline's educational background includes studies at Kingston University and the University of Sunderland, where ongoing education has been pursued since 1998.
