Teresa Polli has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles in the food and beverage industry. Teresa currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Olam Food Ingredients (OFI), where they drive the integrated marketing strategy for the global nuts ingredient portfolio. Prior to their role at OFI, they worked at Naturex and Naturex (Givaudan), where they held positions as Senior Marketing Manager and Commercial Activation Manager, respectively, focusing on developing marketing plans and providing solutions for the North American food and beverage industry. Teresa also gained experience as a Senior Marketing Manager at Kerry, where they implemented integrated communications strategies and built relationships with key customers. Earlier in their career, they held marketing roles at Fonterra USA, Edlong Dairy Flavors, International Flavors & Fragrances, and The Red Wing Company.
Teresa Polli obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Fine Arts from William Rainey Harper College in 1990. Teresa further pursued their education at Illinois State University where they graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations.
