Mattia Pessina has extensive work experience in Learning and Development roles. Mattia also worked as a Trainer and Consultant at Ligys srl, participating in the planning and delivery of soft-skills courses. Mattia started their career as a Partner and PR Officer at Nostrale.

Mattia Pessina obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2007. Mattia then pursued a Master's degree in History from the same institution from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Mattia enrolled at the University of Cambridge and completed a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Historical Studies in 2011.
