Louise Davies has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an IT Manager at Latymer all Saints C of E Primary School from October 2005 to February 2013. Louise then worked as an IT Support Technician at Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park from March 2013 to June 2017. Louise joined Ofgem in July 2017 as an IT Service Desk Support Analyst and stayed in this role until April 2019. From April 2019 to April 2022, Louise worked as a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst at Ofgem. Currently, they are serving as an Automation Lead at Ofgem, starting in April 2022.

Louise Davies earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Stirling, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
