Fahreen Japp has an extensive work experience in various roles. Fahreen started their career as a Senior Cashier at HSBC in 2005 and later worked as a Senior Clerk/Team Lead for five years. In this role, they managed a team, delivered training to colleagues, and implemented new procedures for streamlining and standardizing processes. Fahreen then worked as an Assistant Client Service Manager, where they supported a portfolio of large corporate clients and implemented best practices for client interaction. Fahreen then became an Assistant Client Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing banking and cash management solutions. Fahreen successfully managed multiple projects and improved productivity by implementing effective documentation tracking systems. After leaving HSBC, Fahreen joined FDM Group as a Consultant. In this role, they worked as a Business Analyst delivering IT projects for clients such as Lloyds Banking Group and Handelsbanken plc. Fahreen also created process workflow maps and coordinated data governance requirements. Fahreen currently works as a Stakeholder and Governance Manager at Ofgem, where they manage stakeholder relationships and governance processes.
From 2000 to 2003, Fahreen Japp attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Educational Studies.
