Damien Schuster is the Co-Founder at Offsetra. Damien was previously the Director of Partnerships at SchooLinks from July 2019 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Coordinator at Khorus Software from January 2016 to July 2016. Damien has also been a Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellow at Leadership for Educational Equity from June 2015 to December 2015 and an LEE Fellow at The Thomas B. Fordham Institute from June 2015 to December 2015. In addition, they were a 6th/7th Grade Science Teacher at Scholar Academies from August 2013 to August 2015 and a 2013 Philadelphia Corps Member at Teach For America from July 2013 to August 2015.

Damien Schuster received their Middle Years Certification from the University of Pennsylvania in Urban Education. Damien also received the Val Björnson Icelandic Exchange Scholarship in Political Science and Government from Háskóli Íslands. Damien Schuster received their B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Damien also attended Sturgis Brown High School.
