Zayne Ismail is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on systems engineering and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Compute & Storage Team Leader and Senior Systems Engineer at Officeworks since October 2017. Throughout Zayne's career, expertise has been demonstrated in managing large fleets of servers across AIX, Linux, and Windows environments, with significant experience in VMware, AWS, and various storage solutions, including NetApp and EMC. Previous roles at SecurePay, Coles, Datacom, IBM Global Services, and Hewlett-Packard have further developed Zayne's skills in virtualization, configuration management, incident handling, and team leadership, along with a solid foundation in ITIL practices. Zayne holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University.
