Rossen Goranov is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Support Manager at OfficeRnD since September 2022, Rossen previously held various managerial and support roles at Milestone Systems from June 2015 to September 2022, including Technical Services Manager and Team Lead for Technical Support. Prior to that, Rossen worked at Hewlett-Packard from April 2011 to June 2015, focusing on deep technical support and solutions delivery. Rossen's early career includes positions as an Altiris engineer and Windows servers Technical Support engineer at Adecco Group, Microsoft Engineer support at ISG Technology, VoIP support at Nexcom, and a System Administrator at Icona communications.
