Michael Noland has extensive work experience in the technology and architecture management fields. From 1995 to 2000, they were an Instructor at Northwest Computer Learning Center. Michael then moved to Niku Corporation, where they were a Senior Software Engineer from 2000 to 2001. Michael then became the CTO of AMS Collaborator, LLC from 2001 to 2005. After that, they were the CTO and a founding owner of HRCentral Corporation from 2005 to 2015. Finally, they were the COO of OfficeAccord from 2015 to present.

Michael Noland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and English from Corban University in 1995, having started their studies there in 1991.
