Laura Hartung (Lauder) currently serves as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney since September 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Douglas Miller at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and a Summer Legal Intern at the Federal Maritime Commission. Laura also interned at the Newport News Commonwealth Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included preparing trial dockets and conducting legal research. Laura's foundational experience in patient account management was gained at Pathgroup. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Japanese and World Business, and French from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
