Richard Roulx is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate management and strategic leadership within various Canadian governmental organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Commissioner of Corporate Management at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada since May 2022, Richard Roulx previously held the role of Senior Director of Corporate Services at the Military Police Complaints Commission of Canada, where responsibilities encompassed financial and technological oversight. Richard Roulx's earlier positions include Director of the Corporate Secretariat and Director of Planning and Parliamentary Affairs at Transport Canada, as well as roles in Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Canada School of Public Service. Richard Roulx holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and a background in Health Sciences from Champlain Regional College.
