N. Charles Hamilton serves as an Advisor on Climate Change at the Office of The Prime Minister of The Bahamas since January 2022, and is the Founder and Principal Consultant of NCH Strategy Group, specializing in public health and climate change consulting. N. Charles Hamilton is a member of the Bahamas National Climate Change Committee and co-founder of the Sheffield World Health Organization Simulation. Responsibilities include national project coordination for the Third National Communication under the UNFCCC and previous roles in climate change and health with organizations such as the Pan American Health Organization and Santé publique France. N. Charles Hamilton holds multiple Master of Public Health degrees from institutions including The University of Sheffield and Jagiellonian University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph.
