Latrae Rahming serves as the Director of Communications at the Office of The Prime Minister of The Bahamas since September 2021, overseeing strategic communications and coordinating with various government communications officials. As Managing Director of Bahamaren Limited since September 2012, Latrae has managed a holding company with subsidiaries in multiple industries, including Modular Construction and Solar Energy. Previous roles include serving as Policy and Press Aide to the Leader of Latrae's Majesty's Opposition, General Secretary of Regional Operations for the China Overseas Agricultural Development Alliance, and Consultant at the Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation, focusing on SME development and attracting investment. Latrae also held various consulting roles in tourism and trade, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Investment from the University of International Business and Economics.
