Cordero M Johnson, LEED Green Associate, is a Sustainable Development Goals Advisor at the Office of The Prime Minister - The Bahamas since September 2023 and the Founder of R3SILIENT STRATEGIES, starting in July 2024. Previously, Cordero served as Project Manager at the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection from April 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing the United Nations Environmental Program GEF (04) Bahamas Pine Islands Project with a focus on forest integration, natural resource management, and sustainable livelihoods. Other roles include Environmental Officer at the Bahamas Ministry of Education and Marine Science Educator at the Department of Marine Resources. Cordero holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Island Sustainability from the University of The Bahamas and is pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Denver while studying Disaster Risk Management and Climate Governance at Universidad Isabel I.
