Jessica Whitney currently serves as Deputy Minnesota Attorney General since March 2023. Previously, Jessica Whitney held multiple roles at the Office of the Attorney General of Iowa from October 2004 to January 2023, including Deputy Iowa Attorney General for Public Protection, Director of Consumer Protection, Special Assistant Attorney General, and Assistant Attorney General. Prior experience includes work as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2002 to October 2004. Jessica Whitney earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Grinnell College in 1999.
