Rabia M is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Prosecution Paralegal at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Arlington County, VA since April 2023, Rabia has also been actively contributing as a Translator for the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition since June 2019 and as a Legal Intern and Translator for Legal Services of Northern Virginia since July 2017. Proficient in translating legal documents related to women's violence and divorce matters from multiple languages including Urdu, Dari, Punjabi, Hindi, and Pashto into English, Rabia has additionally developed a legal glossary for Legal Services of Northern Virginia. Previous positions include roles at organizations such as the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Cherokee Federal, and Prescient Technologies, LLC, encompassing responsibilities in case management and translation. Rabia holds an LL.M. in Law and Government from American University Washington College of Law, as well as a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Peshawar and an LL.B. from Khyber Law College.
