Hummel Andrew is a civil engineer with extensive experience in utility management and education. Hummel has held positions such as Utility Manager and Wastewater Utility Manager for the City of Sparks, and also served as a Course Instructor at the University of Nevada, Reno. Previous roles include civil engineer at Thiel Engineering and lab technician at Black Eagle. Hummel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno between 1995 and 1999.
