Colleen Day is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in auditing, accounting, and client services. Currently serving as a Staff Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta since April 2018, Colleen previously held the role of Staff Accountant at KPMG LLP for a brief period in 2017 and spent several years at KPMG, LLP Edmonton as an Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included analyzing financial reports and supporting audit partners. Prior to this, Colleen was the Client Services Director for National Accounts at Metropolitan Credit Adjusters Ltd, focusing on client relations and strategy development. Colleen's career began as a Store Manager at Toys R Us, where leadership and operational management skills were honed. Colleen holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from NAIT.
